11. Cost to the give: In case the food grains, clothing, medicine, construction materials and other goods are acquired from nongovernmental offices, institutions
or individuals under Clause (1) of Section 4, the amount equivalent to the cost of such goods at prevailing rate shall be given to the concerned office, institution or
individual by the officer, institution or ♣ Relief calamity Committee specified by the Government of Nepal.
